POCO F1 - Flagship in Budget!!! (Overview)

From last few months, there are alot of rumors regarding the "POCO", like what is POCO or Pocophone, firstly it was considered to come as a Xiaomi's Flagship. Then it was cleared that POCO/Pocophone will be the sub-Brand of Xiaomi.
And now the first ever Flagship from Mi's sub-brand has arrived and officially launched in India.

POCO F1 - Flagship in Budget!!! (Overview)

It is named as POCO in Indian Market and will be called Pocophone in International Market.

SPECS:
It comes with polycarbonate uni-body design. It offers 18.7:9 6.18" FHD+ IPS Display with a wider Notch like the Mi 8 series which bears front camera, ear piece and IR sensor. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 3.

There are two RAM with 3 Internal Storage variants of 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB (expandable via micro SD Card). Powered by 10nm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with Adreno 630 GPU and liquid cooling technology.

There is dual rear AI camera setup of 12+5MP with dual pixel autofocus and a 20MP selfie shooter on the front. Both cameras support AI scene detection, AI portrait mode and AI beauty mode.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE,hybrid sim slot, Wi-Fi,Bluetooth,GPS,3.5mm headphone jack, Fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C etc.
The device also comes with stereo sound effect that uses the earpiece as its secondary speaker.
It is backed by 4000maH non-removable Battery which supports 18W Quick charge 3.0 fast charging technology.
It runs on Andriod 8.1 Oreo with MIUI (for POCO) on top. The MIUI on this device comes with app drawer and few other UI changes.

It will be available in Rosso Red,Graphite Black and Steel Blue color options.
Pricing:
The pricing is very very aggresive by the company regarding the specs as the 6GB+64GB model costs 20,999 Inr (approx $300), 6GB+128GB costs 23,999 Inr (approx $343). While the 8GB+256GB model which is special Armored edition costs 29,999 Inr (approx $429). It will be exclusively sold via Flipkart and Mi.com.

The only con in this device which seems to me is its built quality as it is a Polycabonate and looks less premium as compare with other 845 SoC Flagships but except this the device is completely a one to buy in this price range.

Stay tuned for further updates.
