OPPO R15X Featuring WaterDrop Display and In-Display FPS Officially Launched in China (Overview)

Earlier this month, leaks were coming regarding the OPPO R15X. And now the company has officially launched the smartphone in China. The device looks similar to the company's recently launched OPPO K1 and also matches several specs of the device.

The device comes in 3D Curved glossy finish Body 2.5D Glass on the front panel and gradient finish on the back in color options.
It comes with 6.4" FHD+ AMOLED Display with WaterDrop Display with a tiny Notch at the top and a slight chin at the bottom with 91% screen-to-body ratio and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

It packs 6GB of RAM with 128GB Internal Storage  (which can be further expandable via micro SD Card). Powered by Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC.

There is dual rear camera setup of 16MP+2MP and 25MP front facing Selfie camera with AI features.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm headphone Jack, GPS etc. It sports In-Display Fingerprint sensor.

It is backed by 3500mAh Battery (which sports Fast Charging or not isn't confirmed yet). It runs on Andriod 8.1 Oreo with Color OS 5.2 Skin on top.
It comes in Ice Blue and Nebula color options with gradient finish.

Pricing & Availability:
The device costs CNY 2499 in China and will go on sale from 1st November while the pre-orders are available with some offers in China. It avalability for other countries is not confirmed yet.
